Fresh Fruit Tartlets

Very popular during fresh fruit season (called “babeczki” in Poland), these fruit tartlets are irresistible. Shortbread shell filled with vanilla pastry cream, topped with fresh berries (variety or any kind upon request). Light and elegant these delights are the perfect dessert to celebrate Spring, Summer or any occasion. One batch consists of a dozen tartlets.
